Montagnard Dega Association (MDA) needs creative people who are problem-solvers, people who know how to take a project (or part of a project) and run with it.
We are open to new approaches and changes to the usual way of doing things. We're interested in innovative solutions and outcomes.

WHO WE ARE
MDA is a non-profit organization formed in 1987 by Montagnards to assist resettlement of refugees in the US. We are based in Greensboro, North Carolina, USA. This area represents the largest population of Montagnards, about 10,000, outside our Central Highlands Vietnam homeland. MDA is the oldest organization of its kind. We help refugees regardless of tribal, religious or political affiliation. We believe Bahnar, Koho, Bunong, Jarai, and Rhade are all one Dega people.
